About My Practice

Thank you for your interest in my practice. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in both New Jersey and New York, and have been practicing in NJ since 2007.

When I began as a clinical psychologist, I worked primarily with children with an expertise in anger, trauma and resilience. From there, I began to receive referrals to treat patients suffering from Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS), which manifests itself from repressed anger developed during childhood.

I was trained to treat TMS under the esteemed Dr. Arlene Feinblatt, the primary psychologist for Dr. Sarno since 1973. I collaborate with TMS Physician, Dr. Paul Gwozdz, and together we treat patients with pain disorders following Dr. Sarno’s techniques.

I deeply respect the human ability to surpass anger and strive to live in a fuller capacity. I admire the strength to trust and love while overcoming obstacles. Thus, much of my therapy is focused on responsibility, honesty and adaptive expression of one’s need.

Please check out my site for details on my services as well as various resources and health information that I hope you'll find helpful.

Thank you again for visiting and I hope to see you soon.
